This policy explains what personal information NETON TECHNOLOGIES LLC collects, why we collect it, how we use it and how you can ask us to stop.

WHO WE ARE

NETON TECHNOLOGIES LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal information described below. If you have any question about this policy, or you want us to delete your details, write to info@netontechnologies.com or call +971 4 439 5754.

WHAT WE COLLECT

We only collect what you give us. Depending on how you contact us, that is:

  • Your name, so we know who we are speaking to.
  • Your email address, so we can reply in writing.
  • Your phone number, so we can call you back.
  • Your WhatsApp number, where you tell us it is different from your phone number, so a message reaches the handset you actually read.
  • Your company name, where you give it.
  • What you are looking for — whatever you type in the message or requirements box, so the right person answers you rather than a general enquiry desk.
  • Your consent — whether you agreed to be contacted, and when.

We do not ask for payment card details, identity documents or any other sensitive information through our website or our advertisements. Please do not send them to us in an enquiry.

ADVERTS ON FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM

We run lead advertisements on Facebook and Instagram. If you complete one of our forms there, Meta passes us the answers you submitted, along with a reference for the advert you responded to so that we know which campaign to credit. Meta also processes that information under its own terms; see the Meta Privacy Policy.

Your details go straight into our customer relationship management system. They are not sold, rented or passed to any advertising network.

HOW WE USE IT

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation or proposal.
  • To contact you about the products and services you asked about, by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp.
  • To keep a record of your enquiry so that a colleague picking it up knows what was already discussed.
  • To improve which of our advertisements we run, using aggregate figures only.

Where you have agreed to it, we may contact you using an automated or AI-assisted voice call. If we do, the call will say so at the start, and you can ask to speak to a person or to end the call at any time.

WE ONLY CONTACT YOU IF YOU AGREED

Our forms ask you to confirm that we may contact you. If you do not tick that box we record your details as an enquiry but do not call, message or email you about it.

You can withdraw that permission whenever you like. Reply STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp message from us, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails, or email info@netontechnologies.com. We record the withdrawal against your number or address so it applies to every future campaign, not just the one you replied to.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

Only our own staff, and the service providers who operate the systems we use to reach you: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, our SMS provider, and Meta for WhatsApp messaging. Each of them processes your information only on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

We may disclose information where the law of the United Arab Emirates requires it.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep enquiry records for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and for up to three years after our last contact, so that we can pick up a conversation you may return to. Where you ask us to delete your details, we do so within 30 days, keeping only a record of the fact that you asked not to be contacted — that record is what stops your number being loaded again from another source.

KEEPING IT SAFE

Our systems are hosted on encrypted servers, access is limited to the staff who need it, and every connection to our website and applications uses TLS. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affected your information we would tell you and the relevant authority.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email info@netontechnologies.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

COOKIES

Our website uses cookies that are necessary for the site to work, and may use analytics cookies to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

CHANGES

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
